About Us

Meet Jestine Ramos Botin

Born in Manila and raised in Legaspi, Albay, Jestine Ramos Botin has always been inspired by the beauty of Mayon Volcano and the place he proudly calls home.

Before founding Seija Tours, he spent seven years working as a virtual assistant. Although it provided a good income, the demanding schedule kept him away from his wife and daughter. Seeking a better work-life balance, he became a TNVS driver, where he discovered his passion for meeting new people and sharing the wonders of Albay with visitors.

Inspired by that experience, Jestine founded Seija Tours, naming the company after his daughter as a reminder that family is at the heart of everything he does.

Today, he loves showing guests the best of the Bicol Region—from breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano to local culture, food, and hidden gems.
